
Mayor Sofronio L. Fusin, Jr. and Ms. Anna Marie S. Delgado, head of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), welcomed Ms. Kara Kirsten P. Montes, PDO II/ Operations Monitoring Officer of the Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) Program, to his office for an exploratory meeting and consultative dialogue today, February 12.
The primary objective of the meeting was to discuss potential collaborations and strategies to enhance the implementation of the EPAHP Program within the municipality of Oton. Mayor Fusin and Ms. Delgado expressed their strong commitment to combating hunger and poverty in their community, emphasizing the vital role of partnerships and community engagement in achieving these goals.
During the dialogue, Ms. Montes provided valuable insights into the EPAHP Program’s objectives and ongoing initiatives, highlighting the need for coordinated efforts to ensure the effective delivery of services to the most vulnerable sectors of society.
