On April 4th, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Oton hosted a meaningful values enhancement seminar at the Oton Parish Social Hall. Organized by the Municipal Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), this one-day event aimed to inspire personal and professional growth among employees by instilling core values essential for a thriving workplace.
