The Oton Tourism Office met with the Barangay Captains to align plans and strengthen collaboration in preparation for the upcoming Katagman Festival 2026, a celebration of Oton’s culture and unity.

Hon. Jose Neil P. Olivares, together with Tourism Officer Ms. Che Che Demo-os, presided over the Municipal Council for Culture and the Arts meeting in preparation for the festival scheduled this May. The meeting aimed to present and discuss the proposed activities and programs, ensuring a well-coordinated and meaningful celebration for the community.

Hon.Dell C. Hosillos, Chairperson of the Culture, History, Arts, and Tourism Committee, was also present during the meeting, together with the festival coordinators.
