In a proactive effort to promote youth health, safety, and inclusivity, the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), headed by Mr. Aladin C. Fancubila, in partnership with the Ugyon Youth Organization, successfully conducted an HIV/AIDS and Teenage Pregnancy Awareness Activity.

The initiative focused on educating and empowering the youth and LGBTQ+ community of Oton, emphasizing the importance of informed choices, safe practices, and health-seeking behavior.

This activity reflects the municipality’s strong commitment to youth empowerment and community health education, forming part of its ongoing programs to ensure the well-being and inclusivity of all Ogtonganons.
