Siepth Stanley Ballarta, a proud Ogtonganon from Brgy. Poblacion South, paid a courtesy call to Mayor Sofronio L. Fusin, Jr. following his remarkable achievement as 1st Runner-Up in the recently concluded Mister Islands Tourism Philippines Western Visayas 2025 competition.

Ballarta will represent both Oton and the City of Iloilo in the Mister Islands Tourism Philippines National Finals set to take place in Cebu City this March 2025. His success highlights the town’s growing presence in the tourism and cultural showcase arena.
