E-CoLL Center or Expanded Computer Literacy and Learning Center started on October 2014, a program created by the Local Government Unit of Oton headed by its Local Chief Executive Hon. Vicente B. Flores, Jr., Municipal Administrator Atty. Carina V. Flores and by the Officers and Employees of the said municipality. The program aims to promote computer literacy or to equip all Ogtonganons the skills and knowledge in the area of Information Technology or Digital Literacy.
At E-CoLL Center, we cater from Out-of-School Youths, Brgy. Officials, Professionals/Non-Professionals, Students and of any legal age as long as you are a resident of the said municipality. Our graduates can testify that this program had given them knowledge and improve their skills that later on had given them opportunity to work and applied everything they had learned.
Learners in the internet age don’t need more information but rather they need to know how to efficiently use the massive amount of information available at their fingertips – to determine what’s credible, what’s relevant, and when its useful to reference.
VISION is to empower Information Technology or Digital Literacy in every Ogtonganon and help them be able to adjust in the advancement of technology. We commit ourselves for the betterment of every Juan in our community.
